Why I Started This.

I raised my family in Summerfield — that's where this started, and it's still how we treat every home we clean, whether it's around the corner from us or over in Greensboro. This is personal, not a franchise playbook.

When I started Summerfield Cleaning Co., I wasn't looking to build a faceless service business. I wanted to build something I'd actually be proud of: a company that shows up the way I'd want someone to show up in my own home. Reliable, respectful, and consistent.

This is a family business — my mom helps run it alongside me. That means you're not dealing with a call center or a franchise. You're dealing with us, directly, every time.

No — please don't clean for us. That's what we're there for, and we're not there to judge. It does help to pick up clutter like toys, clothes and papers, so your visit goes to cleaning instead of tidying. We clean around anything left out and don't put away personal items.
Not for a year. Recurring plans include a 12-month price lock: your per-visit rate stays the same for 12 months from your first visit, as long as your plan stays active and your home details and selected services don't change.
Every Summerfield Standard plan includes one extra deep-detail task each month, like baseboards in January and blinds in February. It's done on your first visit of the month, and it's included in your price.
We recommend starting with The Summerfield Refresh, especially if it's been a while since a professional clean. For recurring plans, your first visit is billed at our regular rate and your discount starts on visit two. Over a year since your last professional clean, or never had one? Your first visit includes a one-time $60 catch-up charge.
Yes. Every cleaner we work with is vetted before they ever enter a client's home. We take that responsibility seriously.
The Summerfield Promise: missed a spot? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it free.
You add a card when you book online and we charge it automatically after each visit — no cash, no invoices to chase down. We may place a temporary hold up to 24 hours before your clean. You're only charged after it's complete. Payment is handled securely through our booking platform, not stored on our own servers.
Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice is always free and we'll move you to the next available slot. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated the same as a late cancellation.
Never. You can cancel your recurring service at any time with no lock-in or termination fees.
