Checklist Notes

  • Basements are not included.
  • The Summerfield Standard also includes the Monthly Detail: one extra deep-detail task each month (like baseboards, blinds or ceiling fans), done on your first visit of the month.
  • Move-in/move-out cleans require the home to be completely empty — no furniture left behind, and all cabinets, closets and drawers emptied.
  • Anything outside the checklist (like inside the fridge or oven, interior windows, or changing bed linens) can be added as an extra when you book.
