Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice is always free and we'll move you to the next available slot. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated the same as a late cancellation — 50% of your booking will be charged.
We bring everything needed for a full clean. Prefer we use your own products instead — eco-friendly, scent-free, or just your favorites? Just let us know and we'll use what's in your home.
Mostly, yes — through a one-time deep clean. We're built around recurring care, so we only take on 4 one-time cleans a month. If you'd like to try us first, it's worth asking early. Most clients love the results enough to set up a recurring schedule right after.
If you're not completely satisfied within 48 hours of your clean, we'll come back and fix it free. No questions asked.

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of your booking. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Your card on file is charged automatically.
Your first clean is always a more thorough initial clean to get your home to our standard — whether you're starting recurring service or just booking a single deep clean. Pricing for the initial clean is confirmed at booking.
Yes. Every cleaner we work with is vetted before they ever enter a client's home. We take that responsibility seriously.
We keep a card on file and charge automatically after each visit — no cash, no invoices to chase down. Your payment info is handled securely through our booking platform, not stored on our own servers.
